All financial transactions on the spinphapp Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). spinphapp supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at spinphapp's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your spinphapp wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. spinphapp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. spinphapp reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. spinphapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinphapp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinphapp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spinphapp Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
